Problem

Dense, high-frequency interfaces expose every weakness in frontend architecture: layout cost, paint budgets, and state updates under constant motion.

Approach

  • React feed architecture composed for density without clutter
  • Interaction timing treated as part of the interface — press, hover, and scroll answer in frame
  • Motion used only where it communicates hierarchy or state change

Density without jank

Pixel-faithful density with responsive interaction means every frame budget gets spent deliberately — layout, paint, and state updates all measured against feel.

Outcome

Study — a working reference for dense, high-frequency UI. Not a client engagement.
